What furniture moving costs
Standard Pickup starts at $39 plus $2.10 per driving mile. Each heavy piece adds $29; a second helper is $28. Examples:

Yes — in-home and same-building furniture shifts are common. Set the same pickup and drop-off address and add a helper for $28 so two people handle the lift.
Is my furniture protected in the truck?
Drivers blanket-wrap and strap furniture before driving. Disassemble bed frames and empty drawers before pickup so pieces travel flat and secure.
How much does it cost to move furniture?
A truck base fare plus the mapped driving distance, with a flat $29 surcharge for each heavy piece such as a couch, dresser or appliance. Boxes and small items add no surcharge.
