Terms of Service

1. Who we are
Truck-N-Go is an on-demand marketplace that connects people who need items moved (“Riders”) with independent pick-up truck owner-operators (“Drivers”). Truck-N-Go operates the platform, handles payment and takes a commission on each completed haul. Truck-N-Go does not own trucks and does not employ Drivers.
2. Accounts
You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account. Drivers must additionally submit a valid driver’s licence, vehicle insurance and pass our review before accepting jobs.
3. Booking and pricing
Each haul is quoted up front based on truck size, distance, estimated duration and any helper or add-on fees you select. The quoted total is authorised and charged when the booking is confirmed. Additional charges may apply if the job materially changes on site (extra stops, extra items, excessive wait time) and will be shown before they are charged.
4. Memberships, credits and subscriptions
Truck-N-Go+ and Driver Pro are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or annually until cancelled. Benefits start immediately on purchase. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid period; upgrades are pro-rated immediately, downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Prepaid haul credits are applied automatically to future hauls, do not expire and have no cash value.
5. Commission and driver payouts
Truck-N-Go retains a commission on each completed haul (standard 18%, reduced to 12% for Driver Pro members). The remaining fare is released to the Driver’s connected payout account after the haul is marked complete. Drivers are independent contractors responsible for their own taxes, insurance and vehicle compliance.
6. Prohibited items and conduct
You may not use Truck-N-Go to move hazardous, illegal, stolen, live-animal or perishable-regulated goods, firearms, or anything exceeding the safe load rating of the vehicle. Harassment, discrimination, intoxication and unsafe driving result in immediate removal from the platform.
7. Cancellations
Riders may cancel free of charge before a Driver accepts. After acceptance a cancellation fee may apply to cover the Driver’s travel. If a Driver cancels or no one accepts your job, you are refunded in full. See our Refund Policy for details.
8. Liability
Drivers are responsible for the safe handling and transport of your items. Truck-N-Go provides the booking, payment and dispatch technology and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Claims for damage must be reported through the app within 48 hours of haul completion so we can mediate between you and the Driver.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page with a revised date. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or applicable law.
10. Contact
