What large item delivery costs
Standard Pickup starts at $39 plus $2.10 per driving mile. Heavy items add a flat $29 each and a second helper is $28. Examples:

Can a driver pick up from a store for me?
Yes. Enter the store as the pickup address and add your order or will-call number in the notes, then message the driver in the app. Most home improvement, furniture and appliance stores hand off to a truck at the loading dock.
Do I have to be there for the pickup?
No. Give your driver the pickup contact, order number and gate or dock instructions in chat, then track the truck to your door on a live map.
What size items fit?
Anything a pickup truck bed can safely carry: appliances, mattresses, sectionals, lumber, plywood, doors, patio sets, grills, bikes, tires and flat-packed furniture. Choose Heavy Hauler for oversized or extra-heavy loads.
Will the item be brought inside?
Your driver unloads at the drop-off. For carrying a large item up stairs or through tight doorways, add a second helper for $28 so two people handle the lift.
How much does large item delivery cost?
A trip fare — truck base plus mapped driving miles — with a flat $29 surcharge per heavy item. There is no percentage of your purchase price and no hourly minimum.
