What cookies are

Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a site. We also use browser local storage and mobile device identifiers, which work the same way. Some are set by us, others by the providers listed below.

Strictly necessary cookies

These cannot be turned off — without them you cannot sign in or book a haul.

• Authentication session — keeps you signed in and secures requests. Lasts up to 30 days, refreshed while you stay active.
• Security and fraud prevention — protects against request forgery and abusive automated traffic. Session-length.
• Payment cookies — set by our payment processor during checkout to run the hosted payment form and detect fraud. Up to 12 months.
• Cookie preference — remembers the choice you make here. 12 months.

Functional cookies

Remember app preferences such as your last pickup address, push-notification registration and whether you dismissed the install prompt. Typically 12 months. If you reject optional cookies, these are limited to what is needed for the feature you are actively using.

Analytics cookies (optional)

Set only after you press “Accept all”. We use PostHog to count page views and feature usage so we can improve the app, and error monitoring to diagnose crashes. These identifiers last up to 12 months and are never used for advertising.

Advertising cookies

We do not currently set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising. If that ever changes we will ask for your consent first.

Third parties that may set cookies

• Stripe — payments and fraud prevention
• Google Maps Platform — maps, address search and routing
• PostHog — product analytics (only with consent)
• Our cloud backend — authentication and session storage

Use the buttons at the top of this page at any time, or clear cookies and site data in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies in your browser will stop sign-in and booking from working.
