Booking a haul

1. 1. Enter pickup and drop-off

   Search any two addresses in the world. We route the trip, measure the real driving distance and estimate loading time.

2. 2. See your fare before you book

   Pick a truck size, add a helper if the load is heavy, and the full fare appears. No hourly meter, no day-rate rental.

3. 3. Get matched with a local truck owner

   Paying releases the job to nearby drivers. The closest ones see it first and accept — or book a scheduled window instead.

4. 4. Track the route and message your driver

   Follow the truck on a live map to the pickup and on to the drop-off, and sort out gate codes or stairs in the ride chat.

5. 5. Delivered, then rate the haul

   Your driver helps unload, the haul is marked complete, and your rating goes on their profile for the next customer.

• Truck size — from a standard pickup to a heavy-duty truck or trailer
• Driving distance and duration of the actual route between your addresses
• Estimated loading and unloading time for the job
• Optional extras such as a second helper for heavy or upstairs items

   Submit your vehicle details, driving licence and documents. Applications are reviewed before you can accept work.

2. 2. Connect your payout account

   Set up payouts with our payments provider so completed hauls pay out to your bank automatically.

3. 3. Pick the jobs you want

   Open hauls appear with the fare, distance and truck size needed, closest first. Accept only what fits your day.

4. 4. Haul it and keep your share

   You keep the fare minus an 18% platform commission, shown on every job before you accept it.
